Fiqh
Jurisprudence (Fiqh) is the most practical of the Islamic studies for any Muslim, directly effecting and dictating their daily lives. Continuing on from the Intermediate level 2 where we learnt the rulings according to the Hanafi School with regards to buying & selling, marriage & divorce, and inheritance, in this level, students will learn the following aspects of Islamic law according to the Islamic Law:
- Punishments & Offences
- Permissible & Impermissible
Students also will indulge into the study of the Shaf'i Fiqh, navigating through the chapters of Worship or alternatively, students can delve into higher level Hanafi Fiqh studies going through the book of Al-Hidaya.
