Jurisprudence (Fiqh) is the most practical of the Islamic studies for any Muslim, directly effecting and dictating their daily lives. Continuing on from the foundation level where we learnt the acts of worship, in this level, students will learn the following aspects of Islamic law:
- Buying & Selling
- Marriage & Divorce
- Inheritance
