Profile

After converting to Islam 6 years ago from Hinduism, Ustadha Davina graduated with a Bachelors degree in law, whilst beginning her journey of Islamic Knowledge and obtaining practical and spiritual guidance from many scholars. After graduating from university, Davina spent a year studying Arabic intensively in London.

She has then gone on to obtain ijazaat in subsequent sciences following an in-depth intensive in Islamic Sciences from the world renowned Islamic Education facility, Madina Institute, in the United States, under the tutelage of Shaykh Muhammad bin Yahya al Ninowy.

On completion of her studies with Shaykh Muhammad an-Ninowy, ustadha Davina continues to study in the UK under various scholars.

Her areas of interest include Aqeedah, Fiqh, Usul, Uloom, Tajweed, and Tasawuff amongst others.

She continues to specialize heavily in Hanafi Fiqh and Usul ul Fiqh. Ustadha Davina has had the honour of being hosted by several of Islamic organisations in countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Norway, and Jordan
